This company is undependable and rude. I wish I can give no star.

This is my scoop. I called the listed number and spoke to the owner. I told him i need an advise and estimate. He sent me his employee. I thought he did a decent job explaining my issues. He then gave me an estimate. He however told me that I will have to speak to the salesman. I met with the salesman and we made an oral agreement to do the work. He said he will write up a work order and send me a copy. We also set a date to work (11/17). Starting about a week prior, I started calling the salesman to confirm schedule since he hadn't sent may any paperwork and he never contacted me to say they wont take the job. As far as I know, the work continues as agreed. Since then, I left several voicemail, texted and called with no avail. I think he is either blocking , ignoring or scanning my number.

This is the eve of the actual agreed work date. No phone calls to say work crew will be here or not. I guess this silence is their way of saying "we wont work' I am waiting still for some one to call. Oh.. did I tell you that I even called the owner and told him that I cant get in touch with the salesman? Still no response.

Let see if they show up tomorrow (11/17)
